Occupational Therapists to walk out against bullying

Unite members working as Occupational Therapists in Greenwich, London, will be out on strike again on 11th and 12th June in protest at bullying, harassment and victimisation. The strike was sparked by the suspension of one of our members the day after she made a grievance complaint about harassment and bullying. The member in question is the team leader – one of the accusations against her is the she is too friendly with her workmates! Haveing mates at work is now a disciplinary offence in Greenwich!

Members will be striking this week and are asking for support on the picket lines and for a lobby of the Council agm:

11th and 12th June. Pickets from 7am to 10am at the Woolwich Centre, Wellington St, Woolwich, SE18.

11th June – Lobby the Council agm – 5.30 pm Town Hall, Wellington St, Woolwich SE18.
